The Process
1. Initial inquiry
You begin by reaching out through the inquiry form. This is simply a way to start a conversation. You’ll be asked what items you have, what you’re hoping to create, and any timing considerations. There is no obligation at this stage — it’s simply a way to begin the conversation.
2. Sending materials
If we both decide to move forward, you’ll send the materials to the studio. Clear guidance will be provided so your items are packaged and shipped safely. Nothing is altered or used until your items are received and confirmed. Materials should only be sent after a project is approved and a deposit is arranged.
3. Creation
Once your materials arrive, the piece is created slowly and with care. This stage takes time and attention, and timelines vary depending on complexity and current workload. Updates are shared when appropriate, but the work itself is never rushed.
4. Completion and return
When the piece is finished, you’ll be notified and the final balance (if any) is settled. The artwork is then carefully packaged and returned to you.
Care, consent, and boundaries
• All materials are handled with respect and intention.
You will always be consulted before any permanent changes are made
• Nothing is used, altered, or retained
Because this work is custom and personal in nature, pieces are not returnable or refundable once the process begins.
